She excels in weight loss, muscular endurance, strength training, speed training, marathon training, flexibility, senior fitness, couples training, women, as well as pregnant and postpartum moms. She is a seasoned Spin instructor who trained with the famous Josh Taylor. She has worked with clients from extremely sedentary, obese individuals, as well as those with physical limitations to marathon runners and athletes such as competitive figure skaters, soccer players and basketball players.
 She is a published subject matter expert in fitness and has been consulted for publications such as AskMen.com, among others.
